Some of our customer are not sure about what to do after they want to print something, below are some guidelines for you to consider:
1) Know your item
Get to know your item as there are plenty of things can be printed it on. Choose the item you want to print. Then consider the material, size, printing color, quantity and ask salesperson to quote you based on the things you want.
If you are unsure what material can be used you can always contact our salesperson by clicking the Whatsapp icon for more information.
2) With Artwork or without artwork
If you have your own artwork you can always send it to us (with high resolution jpeg, pdf or ai files). If you have no artwork you can let us know (we have artwork service provided - there will be charges for the artwork).
3) Confirmation from customer
Customer can issue PO to us or chop & sign at the artwork for confirmation. For the credit terms and payment kindly check with our salesperson. Once everything is confirmed by the customer. We will start our production.
4) Pick-up or delivery
Once the goods are ready, our customer can come to collect their goods at our shop which is located at Semenyih, Selangor, Malaysia. Or we will arrange delivery to our customer's location.
